The identification, ownership and use conditions for the SpanskNett websites.

1. Purpose
SpanskNett creates and publishes visual resources for learning Spanish, including vocabulary pages, pronunciation, exercises, videos and downloadable educational materials.
SpanskNett.com is the commercial website where digital learning products are presented and offered for purchase through Lemon Squeezy. Aprende SpanskNett is the learning area of SpanskNett; both domains form part of the same project and share the same owner.
2. Intellectual and industrial property
SpanskNett™, its name, visual identity, educational structure, texts, flashcards, videos, audio resources, illustrations and original characters are owned by Luz López-Samaniego or used with the corresponding authorisation. The SpanskNett trademark application has been filed with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM). The original base character is protected through intellectual-property registration.
Except as permitted by the Terms and Conditions, the relevant product licence or mandatory law, content may not be copied, resold, republished, transformed, distributed or used to train commercial systems without prior written permission. Purchasing a product grants a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights.
3. Sales of downloadable materials
Purchases are completed through Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. SpanskNett supplies and licenses the educational materials.
Lemon Squeezy handles payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipts or invoices and payment-related refund administration under its Buyer Terms.
The SpanskNett Terms and Conditions explain the product licence, digital delivery and the applicable cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. External links and services
SpanskNett.com provides links to Aprende SpanskNett, purchase pages and external resources. Newsletter registration takes place on Aprende SpanskNett. YouTube videos may be played through an embedded player on SpanskNett.com.
External services have their own terms and privacy rules. Information about personal data and cookies associated with services used on SpanskNett.com is provided in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
5. Responsibility
Reasonable care is taken to keep content accurate and available. Temporary interruptions, technical errors or third-party service changes may occur. Educational content supports learning but does not guarantee a particular academic or professional result.
6. Applicable law
This website is governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
